Car Seat Adapter Installation
Setting Up the Lotus Crib
Learn how to set up your Lotus Travel Crib easily (and quickly) along with a few tips along the way.

Step 1
Unzip Bag & Lock Each Leg in Place
Put the Lotus Bag in a convenient place, unzip and open mattress flaps. Pull Lotus frame out and set in front of you. Then, lift each leg fully to ‘lock’ into place. You may need to move the fabric to accomodate the swing of each leg.

Step 2
Flip Lotus Over & Unclip
Flip the Lotus over so that the legs are facing down. Undo the clip that holds the frame together.

Step 3
Unfold & Lock Top Rail
While holding the ends of the top rail, pull apart to unfold and lock the top rail. Push the sides of the top rail apart to ensure they are properly locked.

Step 4
Place Mattress Into the Lotus
Unfold the mattress and place it into the base of the Lotus. Secure the clips through the base of the cover on all four corners.

Step 5
Unlock Zipper & Unzip for Play
At this point your Lotus is safe & ready for your little one to sleep or play inside. That said, if your little one is crawling, just unlock the zipper side door and zip down to convert the crib to a playard.
Packing the Lotus Crib
Learn how to pack your Lotus Travel Crib easily (and quickly) along with a few tips along the way.

Step 1
Remove Mattress
Grab the carry bag, unzip and place in a convenient location. Then, unbuckle and remove the mattress from the Crib by folding and sliding out. Once out, fold in half and place into the carry bag in a “U” shape making sure to push all the way down into the bag.

Step 2
Unlock Both Top Rail Hinges
Unlock both top rail hinges by squeezing levers called out by the two arrows on the crib’s fabric cover. The levers are under the cover on the bottom side of the rail (you’ll be able to feel them).

Step 3
Rotate Hinges Inward
Rotate each side inward, making sure to match the two moon icons together, which are printed on either side of the fabric cover (and same with the star icons). This ensures the tightest fold.

Step 4
Secure Top Rails with Clip
To keep the top rails from opening, just take the black strap from either side and clip together on top of the rails.

Step 5
Unlock Each Leg and Fold
Now flip the Lotus Crib over onto the fabric cover on the ground or a secure raised surface. Unlock each leg hinge by pulling the portion of the leg nearest to you ‘up’ away from the hinge. Then rotate each leg inwards and down towards the top rail.

Step 6
Place Lotus in Bag and Zip Up!
Once all legs are folded, place the folded Lotus Crib down into the mattress in the bag. Fold the shorter mattress flap down first and then the longer. Finally, just zip up the bag by applying slight pressure to the top flap.

Step 7
Turning Bag into Backpack Carry
The carry bag can be carried like traditional tote bag or as a backpack. If you’d like to turn into a backpack, just unzip the backpack strap zipper on the backside, pull straps down and to fasten with clips to D-rings at bottom corners.

Step 1
Unzip Bag & Lock Each Leg in Place

Assemble the rocker base by inserting the connectors into the bottom of each leg. Once connected, you can choose “rocking” (when the connector archs down) or “stationary” (when connector arches up).

Place Mattress Into the Lotus
Unfold the mattress and place it into the base of the Lotus. Press down to secure the mattress to the velcro below.

Optional: Rocking to Stationary
You can easily convert the bassinet from rocking to stationary by holding mid-way on a rocker arm and rotating 90 degrees until it 'clicks' into place. Repeat on both sides.

Step 1
Remove Mattress

Remove both of the rocker bases by pushing the button on the connector and pulling the connector out of each leg.

Rotate Hinges Inward
Rotate each side inward, making sure to match the moon icon on one side with the moon icon on the other side (and same with the star icons). This ensures the tightest fold.

Next, release the rocker arm feet by pushing and holding the release button while at the same time pulling the foot out of the leg above.

To remove the cover, unzip the four zippers that are located underneath the grey top fabric.

Zip Crib Top Fabric onto Frame
To assemble the crib cover to the aluminum top rail, completely zip the zippers underneath the fabric on each of the four sides.

Insert All Crib Feet
Insert each separate crib foot by pushing the button and sliding the foot up into the leg base.

Place Mattress in Crib & Clip In
Unfold the mattress and place it into the base of the Lotus. Secure each of the four mattress clips through the base and connect to the clips on the end of each of the feet.
Converting the Lotus Crib into the Bassinet

Remove All Crib Feet
Release each of the four crib feet by pushing and holding the release button while at the same time pulling the foot out of the leg.

Remove Crib Cover
To remove the cover, unzip the zipper underneath the fabric on each of the four sides.

Zip Bassinet's Fabric onto Frame
Assemble the bassinet cover to the aluminum top rail by completely zipping the zippers underneath the fabric on each of the four sides.

Insert Bassinet Rocker Arms
Assemble the rocker arms by pushing the button and sliding the connectors up into the leg base.

Step 5
Place Mattress into the Bassinet
Unfold the mattress and place it into the base of the bassinet. Test mattress is in correctly by pressing down on both side. This helps the velcro underneath to settle and ensures the bassinet is ready for your infant!
How to Unfold Your Roam Stroller

Hold Stroller from Behind
Hold the stroller over the "GUAVA" logos near the sun canopy on both sides.

Step 2
Lift Up & Forward Until 'Lock'
Lift the stroller up and forward allowing the larger rear wheels to come down. Continue to lift the stroller, letting the nose and front wheel come forward, until the stroller's frame 'locks' into position.

Lock the parking brake
Next, lock the parking brake that's located next to the rear right wheel with your foot.

Push Seat Down
Then push the back of the seat area down to ensure it's in the correct position.
How to Fold Your Roam Stroller

Fold Sun Canopy & Rotate Handle Down
Start folding by closing the sun canopy and rotating the handlebar down by pressing the side buttons while rotating downward all the way.

Lock Front Wheel & Rotate Wheel Backward
Rotate the remote wheel lock lever toward the back of the stroller so it points at the straight arrow. Then, pivot front of the stroller back and forth until the front wheel rotates backwards and locks into rear (trailing) position.

Open Seat Flap & Pull Handle Upward
Open the seat flap until you're able to see the red release handle. Pull the handle and continue to lift to initiate the stroller fold.

Step 4
Push Nose Down
Once the stroller is nearly folded, just push the nose down so it nests between the rear wheels.

Step 5
Optional: Secure Fold
If you would like to 'lock' the stroller in a folded position, you can secure in place by pushing down on the nose and attaching the safety strap from the handlebar to the red hook under the nose.
How to Remove the Seat Insert & Pads for Washing

Unthread Shoulder Straps
Unthread shoulder webbing straps from the tightening buckles.

Unthread Waist Support
Next, unthread the shoulder tightening straps from shoulder pads and the waist support.

Push Straps Through Pad
Open the velcro slot behind the shoulder adjustment straps. Then, push the straps through the back of the seat pad.

Unthread Crotch Strap
Unthread the crotch strap from the seat harness buckle & crotch pad.

Remove Seat Pad
To remove the seat pad from the seat flap undo each piece of velcro and stretch the seat pad around the flap.

Step 6
Machine Wash Pads
Now that everything is removed, you can machine wash the seat pad, shoulder pads and crotch pad with cold water and a delicate cycle. Don't use bleach and make sure to drip dry!
How to Re-Assemble Your Roam Seat & Pads After Washing

Insert Seat Pad
Insert the seat flap into the pocket of the back seat pad bottom. Make sure it is completely inserted.

Re-Thread Crotch Strap
Take the crotch webbing strap and pull through the seat pad and through the crotch buckle.

Pull Shoulder Straps Though Pad
Pull the shoulder height adjustment straps through the seat pad and secure hook & loop tabs behind the shoulder heigh adjustment straps.

Re-Attach Straps & Pads
Thread the shoulder webbing straps through the waist support, through the buckles, up through the shoulder pads, and then finally re-thread into the tightening buckles.
How to Adjust Your Seat Angle
The Roam Stroller's seat can be reclined or inclined quickly for your little one's comfort.

Reclining the Seat
Press the back release button while holding the handle behind. Allow the seat to recline to the desired angle, then release.

Step 2
Inclining the Seat
With one hand just pull up and back on the seat recline strap to return to your desired inclined position.
How to Lock & Unlock the Front Wheel
The Roam Stroller allows you to lock and unlock the front wheel quickly for easier transitions between running and walking.

Lock Front Wheel
To lock the front wheel, rotate the lever to set it at the "straight arrows" icon by pushing down on the lever.

Step 2
Rotate Wheel Back
Pivot the stroller to one side until the front wheel clicks into position.

Optional: Correct Wheel Alignment
If stroller veers left, rotate the tracking knob clockwise. Meanwhile, if the stroller is veering right, just rotate the tracking knob counter-clockwise.

Unlocking the Front Wheel
Disengage the swivel lock by rotating the lever toward the front of the stroller so that the arrow points to the "curved arrows" icon.
How to Use the Seat Harness

Press and hold both center and red buttons. Simultaneously squeeze the side buttons on the seat buckle to release.

Re-Buckling the Seat Harness
To buckle your little one into the seat, just hold the crotch strap in place while sliding the two shoulder strap buckles in at the same time. The red buttons do not need to be held.

Pull the canopy into the desired position. The sun cover is designed to be used at each 'stop' that you'll feel while opening.

How to Use the Parking Brake

How to Attach Your Lotus Crib Sheet

Put Sheet on Mattress
Either remove the mattress from the crib or unclip all four corners of the mattress while it's still resting on the floor. Then, place your sheet onto the mattress making sure to match the long side of the sheet to the long side of the mattress.

Clip Mattress in Through Sheet
If the mattress is out of the crib, then place the mattress into the crib so it's resting on the bottom. Then, work around each corner of the mattress sliding the mattress clips through the sheet holes and then through the bottom of the crib's fabric base to attach to each leg.

Washing & Drying Your Sheet
All crib sheets can be machine washed, but make sure to use cold water on a delicate cycle to keep the sheet from being shrunk. Once clean, you can dry the sheet with low heat or delicate cycle.

Insert the snack tray arm fully and secure latch around the stroller frame. Pull upwards on the arm to test attachment.

Rotate Tray for Use
Rotate the tray 90° for use or 180° for easier entry for your little one.

Removing Snack Tray & Arm
To remove the entire snack tray (arm + tray), completely unclasp the latch and then pull upwards from the snack tray arm.
Packing the Roam into the Padded Roller Bag

Unzip & Place Folded Stroller into Bag
Before putting the folded stroller into the bag, make sure to attach the handlebar strap to the red hook. This will keep the stroller locked in a folded position. Then, fully unzip the padded roller bag and place the folded Roam Stroller into the bag with the nose facing forward (toward the open bag flap).

Troubleshooting: Stroller Won't Fit
If your folded Roam Stroller won't fit, then make sure to rewatch how to fold the stroller as it needs to be folded in its smallest form to be able to fit into the bag properly. TIP: If the front wheel is sticking out, unfold completely and make sure to lock the front wheel backward, and then re-fold.

Part One: Removing the Handlebar

Step 1
Unscrew Each Handlebar Screw
Before starting, lock the rear wheels of the stroller. Use a Phillips head screw driver to fully remove the two screws on the inside of either side of the handlebar.

Step 2
Pull Handlebar Out of Stroller
Once screws are removed, you can slide the foam portion of the handlebar out of the handlebar assembly for repair.

Part Two: Re-Installing the Handlebar

Step 1
Slide Handlebar into Stroller
If your stroller isn't locked, make sure to have the rear wheels locked before starting. Then, align both ends of the foam handlebar before sliding into the handlebar assembly.

Step 2
Install Both Handlebar Screws
Make sure handlebar is pushed all the way in and the screw holes are aligned. Then, using a Phillips head screw driver, screw both sides in until hand tight. TIP: We'd recommend not using an electric screw driver as the screws can strip the plastic assembly.
Removing & Re-Installing the Sun Canopy

Step 1
Unzip Back of Canopy
First, make sure you have locked your wheels on the stroller. To get access to the canopy zipper, open the velcro flap that's just below the instruction panel inside the handlebar. Then, unzip the canopy completely.

Step 2
Slide Both Canopy Supports Off
Next, use thumbs (both can be helpful!) to slide the canopy support off by pushing on just the top portion as seen in the photo.

Re-Installing the Canopy

Step 1
Install Both Canopy Supports
With the stroller rear wheels locked, align the closed canopy in location above the canopy supports. Working on one side at a time, slide each support from the back of the stroller forward until it's all the way forward (like right side of photo).

Step 2
Zipping Canopy Back On
Next, walk around to the back of the stroller to the handlebar area. Holding the velcro flap back, then zip canopy back on. Finish install by reclining seat all the way to velcro the flap back down.

Step 1
Lift the Rear Hub
Lift the rear hub and ensure you have a clear view of the hole where the wheel's axle shaft will be inserted.

Install the Wheel
Position the rear wheel so its axle aligns with the mounting hole in the hub. Push the wheel firmly into place until you hear a click, indicating the axle is securely set.

Check Installation
Gently pull on the wheel to confirm it's properly installed. The wheel should stay securely attached without any wobbling or movement.
