Yesterday I wasn't sure what type of smoothie to make the kids with their breakfast and wanted a kid's smoothie recipe so I let them pick, I was definitely a little nervous at first but was pleasantly surprised by their creations. Below is the recipe they settled on and also an easy template for you to let your kids help you create the next smoothie. Blueberry Blast Smoothie
1 c frozen blueberries
1/2 c milk
1/2 c yogurt
handful of spinach (I like to sneak in veggies)
Easy Smoothie Recipe For Kids
1 c frozen fruit
1/2 c liquid (milk, water, etc.)
1/2 c yogurt (I use vanilla, but if I use plain I will add a drizzle of honey)
any add ins that you like (protein powder, spinach, etc.)
