These time frames are based on UPS's estimated delivery times and may vary slightly by city. Business days for shipping are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that delays may occur around holidays because of this.

Check out our products and see what you think. If you don't love them, we offer a full refund within 30 days (and shipping's on us). Products must be in like-new condition, without visible wear/tear and back in their original packaging. View on FAQ page

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii! Transit time is usually around 5-6 business days, but can be longer in more rural areas.

With shipping costs being more expensive, neither Alaska or Hawaii qualify for free shipping or returns. You can see the shipping amount in your shopping cart as you check out, so you’ll know the total cost before you buy.

Please note that in the event of a return, the extra shipping cost will not be refunded.

The Lotus Travel Crib is approved for sale in Canada and complies with the Playpens Regulations (Canada) with all required labeling.

We don’t currently ship to Canada through our website, but here are a few options on how to buy elsewhere:

  1. Through Amazon.ca. This is currently the only option to order Guava Family products in Canada and have them shipped to your home. You can find the Lotus on Amazon.ca here.
  2. Through a package delivery service. Depending on where you live, you can have your order shipped to a border town in the US and then drive across to pick it up. There are package receiving services (e.g. search for “package delivery” in the town that is most convenient for you). Make sure you call the company that will be receiving the package so you know how best to address the package in your order online.

Yes, we can! If you are shipping to a hotel, please make sure you put the registered guest's name in the Shipping Name field, i.e. "Guest: John Smith", and the hotel name in the Company field.

Please note we are not able to schedule in advance specific dates for delivery, so please check our shipping map and order so that it will be delivered 1-2 days before you arrive at your destination.
