What's this I hear about a 30-day return policy for the Lotus?+
Set up the Lotus and see what you think. If you don't love it, we offer a full refund within 30 days (and shipping's on us). Products must be in like-new condition, without visible wear/tear and back in their original packaging. View on FAQ page
Can I have an order shipped to Hawaii or Alaska?+

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii! Transit time is usually around 5-6 business days, but can be longer in more rural areas.

With shipping costs being more expensive, neither Alaska or Hawaii qualify for free shipping or returns. You can see the shipping amount in your shopping cart as you check out, so you’ll know the total cost before you buy.

Please note that in the event of a return, the extra shipping cost will not be refunded.

Is the Lotus available to order in Canada or internationally?+

The Lotus Travel Crib is approved for sale in Canada and complies with the Playpens Regulations (Canada) with all required labeling.

We don’t currently ship to Canada through our website, but here are a few options on how to buy elsewhere:

  1. Through Amazon.ca. This is currently the only option to order Guava Family products in Canada and have them shipped to your home. You can find the Lotus on Amazon.ca here.
  2. Through a package delivery service. Depending on where you live, you can have your order shipped to a border town in the US and then drive across to pick it up. There are package receiving services (e.g. search for “package delivery” in the town that is most convenient for you). Make sure you call the company that will be receiving the package so you know how best to address the package in your order online.

Can you ship my order to my trip destination?+

While we're unable to schedule specific dates or times for delivery, you can choose expedited delivery and / or add custom delivery instructions to your order in the “gift message” section of checkout. Please note that for everyone’s safety, FedEx drivers are unable to call our customers when they arrive to drop off the package.

Make sure to double check the estimated transit times to your location after your products ship here.
